We are intentional in our offerings and hope that these serve our community of black and brown talent on set, financially empower those who have been marginalised through job opportunities and educate those that may feel uncomfortable simply because they do not know.
We offer a space for growth, support and shifting the culture of production when it comes to hiring practices behind the scenes in hair and makeup.
AGENCY
We connect hair and makeup artists knowledgeable and confident in working on afro hair textures and skin tones with job opportunities on sets. The majority of our talented artists are women of colour that are comfortable working on the full spectrum of textures and skin tone, but their foundation is from an afro perspective which makes them unique from many others.
CREATIVE CONSULTANCY
We act as consultants, designers and stylists within performing arts spaces, educational institutions and on various creative projects. Wherever our services and expertise may be required, we can cater to your needs based on the level of service you are looking for.
WORKSHOPS
We run workshops for hair and makeup artists to learn how to care and style afro/curly hair textures and enhance more melanated skin tones. We believe that this education is important as it exposes many artists to another layer of their craft that has previously not been highlighted and allows them to feel empowered in their work.
